First love was inspired by Zani Green, who lost her father at the age of 8. She was constantly looking for an answer as to “why”. At the age of 14, Zani began First Love Inc. First Love Inc. is a place where young women under the age of 21, who have lost their fathers, can come and find support. A place where they can feel comfortable talking, express their feelings, and even cry with the support of other young women going through the same experience.
Where understanding what they are feeling is heard through community outings and weekly meetings.
Each young woman is paired with a mentor for those days when they need to just get through. First love is here to support each other, because there is nothing like a girl’s first love, her father.” My First Love is here to let young ladies know that a father’s love can’t be replaced, but with love and support, can help create memories that a father would be proud of.
We are looking for support from our family, friends, and community partners to help us support this mission. Your $20.00 contributions will be used to support outings, monthly meetings, and help create memories. All donations are tax-deductible.
